If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned for Exchange or refund within 10 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style. However all exchanges depend on stock availability. You have to return the items within 10 business days with all of the labels, tags , in their original packaging and for sure in excellent condition.  All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our company. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The exchange shipping cost is payble by the customer.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit can be used on a future order within 4 months of the return.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted from our quality control team, and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days. Refunds will be transfered to customer’s bank account. 

We cannot accept returns or changes on shoes because of hygiene reasons.

RETURN FEES

In case you choose to return your order, you will be charged the shipping cost.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging where you should also sign and enclose the signed return sent to you along with the initial parcel

Important notices:

We do not accept returns sent with Hellenic Post(ELTA), because items are often lost or seriously delayed. 

Products that are on sale are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other sales products or from our currently collection. 

We do not accept returns for swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Greece: You can exchange your purchase within 10 days from delivery date with any courier service with customer cost by filling out our company details.

The exchange shipment is payable by the company.

International: You have to return the products within 14days from delivery  with customer cost.

If you change your mind, you can return your items to us.

Greece: You have to return the products within 10days from delivery date, with any courier service, with customer cost by filling out our company details.

International: You have to return the products within 14days from delivery date through TNT with customer cost.

Sale garments which are returned for a full refund will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.o
